Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, prepare for an event or simply improve your overall fitness, our rep level 3 trainers have the experience, knowledge and qualifications to help you achieve your goals. Work from the comfort of your own home or out in the park. Alternatively, if you have personal use of a gym, we can train from there.

Those with injuries or medical issues that might prevent them working out should consult their doctor before undertaking any new exercise programmes. Pregnant women in their first trimester should wait till they have progressed beyond the three month stage and inform the PT before booking (EG: recent fractures or operations, thrombosis, aneurism, heart conditions are common contraindications).
